As Director of Technology I am responsible for the IT systems, software, and hardware used in Frontier Ventures. Some days I am developing a 5 year plan to implement or improve IT systems. Other days I'm helping staff with some how-to problems or training. My role runs the gamut of tasks and responsibilities. The last two years I have focused most on improving our core technology platforms and operations (which proved to be essential during the COVID crisis).
Providing our staff with modern tools and systems allows them to be more effective in the work they do is my goal. Technology should be something they don't have to think about or that gets in their way.
